Happy New Year!

It was wonderful to go back to our schools Friday, to Chelmondiston for their first assembly of the year and today to Shotley for a class visit. The Summer holidays have been great for catching up with all sorts of admin work and for (nearly!) finishing the website, but it is good to return to the weekly routine now. I have missed seeing the children and am looking forward to seeing them develop and flourish in the year ahead. I know there are lots of exciting events waiting for us. The first big event will of course be Harvest. Chelmondiston will have their celebration in school and I am much looking forward to welcoming children, staff and parents from Shotley School to St Mary’s Church for their celebration on Monday 28th September.
